ROD LAWN

Rod Lawn, owner and operator of Adamas Fishing Charters has lived and fished in Barwon Heads and surrounding areas all his life and has been taking his clients fishing into Bass Strait since 1989.

Rod believes in providing good service, using first class equipment & fresh bait and making every effort to put his clients amongst the fish, ensuring a great day is had by all. This is his aim and to him is the most satisfying aspect of his business. This ultimately builds loyalty among his customers whom have supported him in the past 25 years.

The Boat

Adamas III is a fully surveyed custom-built 30ft Centre Cab Charter Boat constructed from plate aluminium; the centrecab design ensures maximum fishing room and comfort.

It is surveyed to carry 12 passengers and two crew in 2C Survey.

Powered by twin Yamaha 200hp four stroke outboards, Adamas III is capable of getting to our favourite fishing spots in no time at all.

We provide our customers with over 36 fishing outfits from top quality brands including Penn, Shimano, Gomoku and a vast range of terminal tackle. We also carry a huge supply of soft plastics, knife jigs, squid jigs and lures for kingfish and tuna.

You have the choice of using braid or mono line and we carry equipment to cover all different types of fishing scenarios possibly encountered during the course of the trip.
